FTP Login Help
To Login:
- Click the Green Arrow above. (Internet Explorer is the best and recommended way to use the NSS FTP server)
- Enter your "Username"
- Enter your "Password"
- Click the "Log On" button
- You should now be logged into our company’s FTP Server
- If a folder is not created for your company you can "Right Click" (Windows) and create a folder
- You are ready to send / receive files
- Please note - You are not able to delete files
Please use a compression utility like Winzip or Stuffit when sending your files. It dramatically shortens the transfers.
To Send Files:
- "Right Click" on the file you wish to send.
- Select "Copy"
- "Right Click" in the NSS FTP Folder and select "Paste"
- Your FTP transfer should now begin.
To Receive Files:
- "Right Click" on the file you wish to send, in the NSS FTP Folder.
- Select "Copy"
- "Right Click" in the folder (on your computer) and select "Paste"
- Your FTP transfer should now begin.
